Return & Alteration Policy

At Label Ivya, each piece is made to order, thoughtfully crafted to suit your individual measurements and preferences. Due to the personalised nature of our garments, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Your satisfaction remains important to us. To ensure the best possible fit, we offer the following:

One-Time Complimentary Alteration:

  • Each order is eligible for one complimentary alteration
  • Alteration requests must be submitted within 4 days of receiving the parcel
  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • For alterations, the outfit must be shipped by the customer at their own cost to the address provided by Label Ivya
  • The garment must be securely packed and sent in good condition
  • Any damage due to wear, washing, or improper handling will not be eligible for alteration

Courier & Delivery Disclaimer:

  • Once the order is dispatched, it is handled by a third-party courier service
  • Label Ivya is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company
  • Tracking details are shared for customer reference


Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video of the outfit is mandatory (no exceptions)
  • Along with the unboxing video, please share:
    • Order number
    • Clear photographs
    • A brief description of the issue

⚠️ Claims raised without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Once reviewed, Label Ivya will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.
